How do I pay? Does the price include tax?
We only accept digital payments. Tax is added to the total charge of service.
Am I allowed to tip the cleaner(s)?
Yes! Tipping is always encouraged! 100% of tips go to our cleaners.
How early ahead of schedule should I book an appointment?
We always suggest a 3 Day minimum.
Do I need to be at my location when the cleaning crew arrives?
No, please make sure to communicate this with booking for smooth stress-free clean.
How do I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
Call or email us so that we may be able to reschedule. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
